If any product has been supplied and you wish to be refunded these must be returned in acceptable condition and under the customer own cost. Full refund will not be sent until proof of postage has been confirmed.
Users may upgrade their account at any time. Any premium upgrades are not refundable unless we fail to find you a new test within 14 days.
No other cancellation company can be used in conjunction of 'Book Driving Test' to find driving test cancellations.
Once a driving test cancellation has been completed you will be not be eligible for a refund.
If you change your booking manually after finding a cancellation by yourself, the refund is not acceptable.
